BridgesCharacteristics
There are two possible starting points for this via ferrata. The more difficult entry is on the left. It begins with a cave (C) and an adjoining rope bridge. It then merges with the second starting option (B) and continues upwards.
Arrival
Head to the village of Ponyta in Bihor County. Park at Cabana Poienita.
Boarding
Follow the road up and turn right at the signs. Walk about 700 meters to the start of the via ferrata.
Exit
Follow the marked forest path with a red dot back to the village of Ponyta.
Interesting facts
The via ferrata opened in March 2021.
