This is not a classic via ferrata, but only a secured road through rubble that is part of a hiking trail.
Arrival
Munich or Salzburg -> and to St. Johann in Tirol. From there to Griesenau where you turn to Kaiserbachtal and park at the Griesner Alm.
Approach
Walk up to Stripsenjochhaus and from there follow the Hintere Goinger Alm.
Exit
Same as approach.
