Characteristics

The quickest way to get there is by train from Grindelwald to Alpiglen. Hike towards Bonern/Grindelwald, on the Eigertrail after about 1.5km turn off to Ostegghütte, wooden signpost, T5 some passages secured with textile ropes, only accessible in good weather!

When you get off the via ferrata, briefly climb unsecured! up to the wire rope. Not all passages are fully insured. Alpine terrain.

Interlaken-Grindelwald Grund (parking lot, train stop) - Stadium Alpiglen cog railway, or long hike from Grindelwald.
