From 1.4. until 31.7. is a via ferrata closed due to the nesting of the Bunting Bunting (Emberiza cia).

Nice area in the middle of vineyards. The area contains three via ferratas. This difficulty B is called: Királyleányka (Little Princess). Recommended for beginners.

Arrival

Budapest - M1 - Székesfehérvár - route 7 - route 81 - Sárkeresztes - Söréd - immediately after the Csókakő - Móri road - further towards the Mór - Mór Csókakő cycle path - then right before the V-shaped intersection - Miklóscsabi vineyard. Parking is possible on the road to the Miklóscsabi winery. Although there was a no-car sign in front of the vineyards, it was a sign with a smiling car.

Onset

Hike from the parking lot to the quarry and leave approx. in the middle of the quarry (more to the right) you will find the sign of the start of the via ferrata.

Descent

A marked and trodden footpath on the right side of the quarry when the via ferrata ends and leads you back under the quarry.

Interesting facts

The area under the quarry is marked as a private event area and if no event is taking place, entry is prohibited. In the ban, there is nothing written about the ban on entering the via ferrata, so it is probably possible to cross the area and enjoy the via ferrata.
