Arrival
From the town of Obertraun on the Dachsteinhöhlenstraße to the cable car at Krippenstein. The via ferrata is located about 800 meters before the cable car parking lot, directly on the road on the right-hand side. It is clearly visible from the street.
Boarding
From the parking lot back on the path about 800 meters.
Exit
From the top of the rock at the back.
Interesting facts
A private practice via ferrata with 10 routes from difficulty levels A to E and some climbing routes with difficulty levels 3-6 UIAA. Courses or possibly independent climbing can be arranged at www.outdoor-leadership.com.
An ideal rock for practicing or for absolute beginners.
