Characteristics
Nice mountain ferrata with views on the Hohe Tauern and their peaks. You can connect the ascent with trekking around. There are no steel cramps on the ferrata, you will climb only on a nice rock.
Arrival
From Lienz, Spital or Bad Gastein to Mallnitz. In front of Mallnitz, follow the road to the Dösener Valley, where is parking.
Approach
Follow marked way to Arthur-von Schmid-Haus at Dösensee. From cottage go to Säuleck.
Exit
Normal way to Grazer Schartl. Then back to the access road and to the Arthur-von Schmid-Haus chalet.
