Characteristics

A short via ferrata along Krammen that connects the lower and upper terrace paths. There is no safety rope here, just clamps.

Arrival

Hřensko -> Schmilka.

Boarding

From Schmilka go over the Wurzelweg and turn onto the Elbleitenweg, then in the curve onto the Rauschengrund and continue uphill to the via ferrata.

Exit

I recommend descending via the Oberer Terrassenweg observation path, where you hold on to the cramps above the gorge, and then via the Rotkehlchenstiege, which also offers simple holds and cramps.

Interesting facts

The via ferrata set doesn't have much use here, but it can be used to hook onto the crampons for safer climbing.
